The hotel had a very nice modern artistic look and feel with adequate toiletries and water bottles provided, although not perfect. The service was extremely professional and positive, without being obsequious. The location, near the airport but far from the city center, could benefit from a more welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was mediocre with room for improvement in offering more rate-wise attractive options. Overall, a mix of positives and areas that could be enhanced.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit of a letdown as they were delayed at check-in and not as clean as I'd expect. However, the service was exceptional, and the staff made sure I was comfortable at all times. Upon arrival, my room was not ready despite prior communication, offering a disappointing view of DDA flats. On the bright side, the room had a lovely modern artistic ambiance.
